The knee pads are flexible cellular plastic. The guards slide against each other, so even several discs bend like a stack of copy paper. Although there can be up to 4 plates without suffering from flexibility, we recommend using 2 plates on top of each other. Fits all Origopro overalls and pants with knee protector pockets. For overalls, 2 plates per knee are recommended.
