To get a shipping card for the product return please contact us at: info@origopro.com . The return notification must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

1. CONTACT US

Please include your order number and the word “return” in the subject line of your email.

2. RETURN AND NEW ORDER

Please note that starting from January 1st, 2026, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for another one, please place a new order in our webstore and return the original product according to these instructions. You may include the reason for the return in the body of the email if you wish.

3. RETURN LABEL

Return shipping is free of charge within Finland. For returns from all other countries, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the price of the product to your original payment method.
