These terms and conditions apply to the origopro.com online store. By ordering products from the origopro.com online store, the user agrees to these terms.
 

Delivery

Customers have the option to choose their preferred delivery method from the available options on our website. The choice of delivery method is made during the payment process. Delivery costs are determined based on the chosen delivery method, delivery location, and order size. The final delivery costs are indicated during the selection of the delivery method.
 
The delivery time may vary depending on the online store’s workload, delivery location, and other factors. The customer will receive a notification when the order is ready for pickup, or the shipping company will contact the customer to arrange delivery.
 
We aim to process ready orders within 48 hours of receiving the order. A ready order refers to an order where all products are in stock and reserved for the order, and the payment method has been approved.
 
The customer is responsible for inspecting the product immediately upon receipt. If the product is damaged or broken, the customer must notify OrigoPro.
 

Prices

The price of the product is the price displayed for the product at the time of ordering on the online store. The costs are visible in the shopping cart. The shipping cost to the selected country is displayed at checkout.
 
If products are delivered outside the EU, the buyer is responsible for any customs, import, or other fees. Customs practices vary by country. For more information, contact the local customs office. If a product requires customs clearance, the buyer is responsible for all associated costs and understands that customs clearance may cause a delay in the original estimated delivery time.
 
OrigoPro Oy reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of “clear price errors.” A clear price error refers to a possible pricing error or discrepancy on the online store, where the price of the product significantly deviates from the correct price of the product.
 

Order Cancellation and Product Return or Exchange

Customers have the right to return or exchange an unused product within 14 days of delivery.
 
Return postage within Finland is free of charge.
 
The return package card can be obtained by requesting it from customer service at shop@origopro.com.
 
OrigoPro Oy cannot arrange returns from outside Finland. Returns outside Finland are at the customer’s expense.
 
Failing to pick up the product from the post office does not constitute a return.
 
However, there is no right of return for products that are specially made, ordered, or customized at the buyer’s request. Orders for such products cannot be canceled once the work has commenced or once the purchasing order for a product or its part or service intended for the customer has been completed.
 
In cases of returns and cancellations, the amount paid by the customer for the product will be refunded via the payment service provider. Alternatively, the amount will be refunded to the bank account provided by the customer.
 

Warranty

The warranty period for manufacturing defects is one year. The warranty does not cover defects related to normal use and wear. The warranty also does not cover defects that can be attributed to the product’s careless use or neglect of care.
