Karu Survival Melton Wool Pants M164

Melton wool fabric is a thick, heavy and tightly woven fabric. Composed of wool with polyamide for added strength and durability, with a heavily brushed nap, giving the material a smooth finish with no visible weaving yarns. The best shirts of the British and the US Naval Forces are manufactured from the very same material  and therefore it is also the choice for Origopro’s products.This garment is new production, which was developed together with Mikko Kettunen from Karu Survival. The details and functions were inspired by Finnish Defence Forces “combat pants”.

British waxed cotton was chosen for the parts that needed extra durability, strength and water-repellency. Lower back/waist part is enhanced with durable Dyneema stretch fabric. The pants are integrated to be worn together with Karu Survival M05 snow camo or  M05 winter woodland camo pants: Pant’s zippers are on the same level with the camo cover pants valve zippers for easy access to pockets while worn layered.
