Karu Survival camouflage pants have been made in collaboration with Karu Survival. Karu Survival is one of Finland’s leading companies offering training in the field of survival and hunting. The company’s founder and main trainer Mikko Kettunen specializes in coping skills and operations in Arctic conditions. Mikko’s equipment design is based on his long experience as a Defense Forces trainer in guerrilla and reconnaissance weapons, as well as his strong skills in navigating nature and wilderness. The products are based primarily on mobile hunting and wilderness. The technical details of the products are designed to work and be easy to use in all weather conditions.
Camouflage pants are made of lightweight carbon fiber-reinforced Typhoon™ fabric. The pants can be worn over regular clothing without taking off the footwear. The fabrics are printed with M05 snow camo and M05 winter woodland pattern. The coloring of the fabrics corresponds to the visual and IR light reflection requirements of the Defense Forces. Completely safe choice.
The fabric has a water and dirt repellent treatment. The fabric is membrane-free and very quiet.
Silk-thin pants could be packed in a small space and taken with you in a backpack to be used as wind and camouflage pants.
Side zippers open at the top, allowing access to the pockets of the pants below. When side zippers are opened at the bottom, pants can be pulled over normal clothing without taking off the shoes.
There is stronger fabric on knees, which gives abrasion resistance.
Waist tightens with a button and elastic band.
Knee braces and leg openings tighten with Velcro
There are loops for suspenders like russian “Gorka” on each side of the waist .
